As a member, you will first receive a Mystery Shopping experience to help us better understand the current performance of your business so we ‘together’ can identify the areas that are strong in your business and others that need a little helping hand.
Once the Mystery Shopping experience is complete we help you take your business to the next level through our universal training platform, which includes Customer Service E-Learning, Business & Marketing Essentials, Supplier Product training & local Business Academy workshops. This will ensure quality standards are met and improve the revenues and profitability of your business.
Once the training is completed and a passing average score of 2+ Mystery Shopping reports has been achieved, we recognize your success by awarding a global 1, 2 or 3 Diamond Accreditation. You will then be eligible to enter our annual MyFaceMyBody Awards, currently located in London, Sydney and Los Angeles.
